Hraparak: Discontent brewing in parliament
A discontent was brewing in the Armenian parliament yesterday, with Galust Sahakyan and Hovik Abrahamyan being the targets, Hraparak writes.
“Following Hovik Abrahamyan’s resignation from parliament and establishment of a new political situation, in particular Orinats Yerkir Party’s shift to the opposition, Galust Sahakyan was instructed to cancel all business trips and keep Republican MPs ready in the country so as not to fail votes. The only exception will be urgent business trips,” the newspaper notes.
According to the newspaper, the National Assembly speaker did not even try to conceal that fact yesterday and confessed that it was dictated by the political situation.
