System of unified social services to be introduced in Armenia
A new system of providing social services is being worked out in Armenia. This system will enable citizens to solve their social problems in a unified center, rather than to apply to various structures, Armenian Minister of Labor and Social Issues Artem Asatryan told a press conference on Wednesday.
The new system will unify services provided by government and private sectors, the Minister said.
According to Asatryan, 54-56 regional centers for unified social services will be created in Armenia. The pilot program results are being summed up and the problems are being revealed at present so as to present proposals on the final model to the government.
