Haykakan Zhamanak: Special session of parliament to last until Friday
The special session of parliament, called on Monday, will last until Friday. According to Haykakan Zhamanak, with about 30 bills being on the agenda, the parliamentary majority fails to meet the deadlines.
“To speed up the discussions, representatives of the Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) faction have to refrain from asking questions to speakers and delivering speeches. As a result, Republicans constantly yield the rostrum to representatives of opposition factions,” the newspaper notes.
