Government program is realistic - PM
Armenian Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan has presented the government program to the parliament.
The government’s new program is realistic, Hovik Abrahamyan said. He stressed that the government program was developed by the ruling Republican Party of Armenia.
The Prime Minster stressed the importance of investments, adding that the government is willing to assist any businessman. The government plans to raise the minimum wage to AMD 65,000, he said.
Speaking about the compulsory component of the pension law, the Prime Minister said that the pension system will continue functioning. “The system will be compulsory, but not forced. Currently, we are discussing the appropriate options.”
