Another candidate withdraws from campaign in Goris mayoral elections
Candidate in Goris mayoral elections Tigran Karapetyan has quit the campaign, Karapetyan’s proxy, Sergey Safaryan, told Panorama.am. Tigran Karapetyan was considered the candidate of Syunik governor Vahe Hakobyan.
Another contender, Ara Budaghyan, withdrew from the mayoral race earlier today.
Currently, two candidates compete for mayor’s post: non-partisan Hrayr Yolyan and member of Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) Vachagan Adunts, who is considered the candidate of former Syunik governor Suren Khachatryan.
