Government program is declarative – expert
The majority of provisions in the government program are declarative and are rather like good wishes, political scientist Sergey Minasyan told a press conference in Yerevan.
According to him, the main reason is the absence of a system of counterbalances and restraints in Armenia’s domestic political life.
“The new program practically does not differ from the previous one. There may be some small differences, but I don’t think that the new government will manage to create new economy and bring new economic actors,” the expert stressed.
