If serious work is done, we will have 8-9 percent economic growth this year – economist
Armenia’s economic developments are conditioned by contradictory tendencies, head of Alternative Research Center, economist Tatul Manaseryan told a press conference in Yerevan, adding that it is difficult to forecast what the situation will be like at the end of the year.
The economist meanwhile said that he is optimistic since he considers that the Armenian economy has a great potential. However, according to him, our economy is in a “shameful condition.”
He also said that if serious work is done, we can have 8-9 percent economic growth this year and a two-digit economic growth in 2015.
