Baku mayor's son finances leaving Wahhabis leaving for Syria
Israfil Abutalibov the son of the mayor of Baku Hajibala Abutalibov is a Wahhabi and promotes the realization of the "Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant" militant organization’s program for establishing a Caliphate state, a reliable source passed this information to the Azerbaijani news portal “Xeber.inf”.
According to the source, Israfil Abutalibov considers the seizure of a number of cities in Iraq a great victory of organization ISIL.
"Israfil supports the Salafis and Khawarij of Azerbaijan in the development of trade. It also helps Wahhabis immigrating to Syria. He frequently attends the mosque in Garachukhur, which is a meeting place for the Salafis," the source informs.
According to the source, the mayor of Baku does not communicate with his son and has forbidden him to return home. Despite the fact that Hadjibala Abutalibov refuted the news that his son has visited Syria, he did not deny that Israfil is Salafi.
The site also notes that it received information that the son of another senior officer has become a Wahhabi and provides financial assistance to Wahhabis in Baku.
