Armenian Labor Minister not to file complaint against civil activists
Armenian Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Artem Asatryan has no plans to file a complaint against the civil activists who threw coins at him during a picket on June 19. The Minister said this at the briefing that followed the cabinet meeting Thursday.
“I have no such intention at this moment,” he said.
Armenia’s Prime Minister slammed the conduct of the civil activists in his remarks at the cabinet meeting.
According to Asatryan, Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan said clearly today that there should be mutual respect.
Asatryan stressed that mutual respect is important during public events. “Each of the sides should carry out its rights and obligations,” he said.
