Hraparak: National Security Council to meet on July 2
Armenia’s National Security Council will hold a meeting on July 2. Prior to that, Armenia’s top officials, including President Serzh Sargsyan, will travel to Karabakh, Hraparak writes.
The newspaper notes that the Armenian side is again putting forward the thesis that Artsakh must be a full party in the negotiations and no agreement can be reached without Karabakh. Another peculiarity of the NSC meeting is the fact that it will take place on the eve of Armenia’s accession to the Eurasian Economic Union on July 3.
