Karabakh soldier killed by enemy sniper fire
A contract serviceman of the Nagorno-Karabakh Defense Army was killed by Azerbaijani sniper fire on August 4, Armenian Defense Ministry spokesman Artsrun Hovhannisyan wrote on Facebook on Monday.
“On August 4, junior sergeant Aram Grigoryan, 43, was killed by Azerbaijani sniper fire on a frontline position of a military unit located in the northern direction of the Line of Contact between Nagorno-Karabakh and Azerbaijan. The Defense Ministry shares the grief of bereavement. Glory to our soldiers!” Mr Hovhannisyan said in the post.
