‘Armenia, Artsakh stand for peaceful settlement of Karabakh conflict:’ Meeting in NKR
On August 9, Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan received official delegation of Armenia composed of a group members of the National Assembly and the Cabinet of Ministers headed by Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan.
The meeting focused on economic cooperation between Artsakh and Armenia.
Special attention was paid to the situation along the Line of Contact. Both sides noted that Armenia and Nagorno-Karabakh stand for a peaceful settlement of the Karabakh conflict, underlining at the same time that Armenia and Artsakh will jointly defend if necessary the independence and security of the two Armenian states, the honor and dignity of the Armenian nation.
NKR NA speaker Ashot Ghulyan, Prime Minister Ara Harutyunyan and other officials were present at the meeting, Artsakh Republic President’s press service reported.
