Defense Ministry: Azerbaijan violated ceasefire 31 times in one night
Azerbaijan violated the ceasefire 31 times on the Line of Contact with Armenia on August 10 and early August 11, Armenia’s Defense Ministry reported. Over 600 shots were fired at Armenian frontline positions from guns of different calibers.
The Armenian side returned the fire 6 times, with a total of 889 shots fired.
No casualties were reported on the Armenian side.
The Armenian forces keep the frontline situation under control, observe the ceasefire and take adequate retaliatory measures only in cases of extreme necessity.
