Azerbaijan fires 100 shots at Armenian frontline positions
Azerbaijan kept violating the ceasefire on the border with Armenia at night and in the morning, but fewer ceasefire violations were reported, Armenia’s Defense Ministry said.
Azerbaijan fired over 100 desultory shots at Armenian frontline positions on August 11 and early August 12.
The Armenian side did not return the fire. No casualties were reported on the Armenian side.
The Armenian forces keep the frontline situation under control, observe the ceasefire and take adequate retaliatory measures only in cases of extreme necessity.
