Georgian PM visits Tsitsernakaberd
Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili has arrived in Yerevan for an official visit at the invitation of Armenian Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan. Mr Abrahamyan met his Georgian counterpart at Yerevan’s Zvartnots Airport, the press service of government reports.
The two Prime Ministers greeted the government members of Armenia and Georgia and headed to Tsitsernakaberd Armenian Genocide Memorial Complex.
Hovik Abrahamyan and Irakli Garibashvili laid a wreath at the memorial for the Armenian Genocide victims and laid flowers at the eternal fire.
Mr Garibashvili planted a fir tree in the Memory Park.
