Armenian NSS to investigate criminal case on border incidents
Armenian Prosecutor General Gevorg Kostanyan visited Tavush province where he held a consultation with the regional heads of the Prosecutor’s Office, National Security Service (NSS), police, territorial administration bodies, Ministries of Emergency Situations and Defense, the press service of the Prosecutor General’s Office reports.
The consultation focused on the investigation of the criminal cases which have been opened, their peculiarities, proper assessment of such cases as well as measures that are needed to prevent them.
Mr Kostanyan instructed the Investigation Department of the National Security Service to investigate the criminal case opened over the recent incidents in a number of sections of the Armenian state border.
