Chorrord Ishkhanutyun: Armenia to hold constitutional referendum in 2016
The commission for constitutional reforms will discuss the draft concept of constitutional reforms with the representatives of the Venice Commission in September in Armenia and then, after getting the approval of the Venice Commission, in October, the document will be submitted to President Serzh Sargsyan, Chorrord Ishkhanutyun writes.
According to the calculations of the authorities, the constitutional reforms will be put to a referendum in 2016, especially given the fact that Armenia will hold parliamentary elections in 2017.
