Armenian President congratulates Vladimir Spivakov
Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan has addressed a congratulatory message to world-renowned conductor and violinist Vladimir Spivakov on his 70th birthday.
“Your creative activities are highly valued in our country, where you are not considered a guest, but a close person who was with our people at the most difficult moments.
“I would like to thank you for your consistent assistance to talented Armenian children through the Spivakov Foundation.
“I wish you endless energy and success in your creative activities,” the message read, in part.
