Expert: Likelihood of Armenia’s signing EaEU accession treaty exceeds 50 percent
On October 10, Armenia may sign some document regarding its accession to the Eurasian Economic Union, but I do not rule out that the EaEU accession treaty will not be signed on that day, and nor will it be signed on January 1, political scientist Alexander Iskandaryan said at a Yerevan-Moscow spacebridge on Tuesday.
At the same time, the expert stressed that although there are some problems in this process, nevertheless, they cannot hinder the signing of the EaEU accession treaty.
In Iskandaryan’s opinion, the likelihood of signing the treaty exceeds 50 percent, but this is an issue which should not be linked with timeframe.
