Armenia to act as third party in Perincek v. Switzerland case
Armenia will act as a third party in the Perincek v. Switzerland case, the press service of the Prosecutor General’s Office reports.
Prosecutor General, Armenia’s representative to the European Court of Human Rights Gevorg Kostanyan submitted a petition to the court on August 20 requesting to involve Armenia in the case as a third party.
The ECHR Grand Chamber approved Armenia’s involvement in the case today.
The court session will take place on January 28, 2015.
Turkey is also involved in the case as a third party.
