Russian ombudsperson is dealing with Levon Hayrapetyan’s case
The case of Armenian businessman and benefactor Levon Hayrapetyan is in the focus of Russia's human rights ombudsperson Ella Pamfilova, the Russian ombudsperson’s office told a representative of the Armenian ombudsman.
As reported, Russia’s ombudsperson has sent inquiries to the respective structures to find out the cause for keeping the businessman in confinement given the fact that he has serious health problems.
Highlighting the importance of effective cooperation with Armenia’s ombudsman Karen Andreasyan, the Russian ombudsperson’s representative gave assurances that the work is underway and the results will be reported later.
