Levon Hayrapetyan placed under house arrest
The Moscow court ruled to place Levon Hayrapetyan under house arrest.
Interfax reports that on Friday, the court ruled in favor of the petition to release Armenian businessman and benefactor Levon Hayrapetyan from custody and place him under house arrest.
Levon Hayrapetyan was detained in a Moscow airport on July 15 and was subsequently arrested. On July 24, the Investigation Committee of Russia brought charges against Levon Hayrapetyan for embezzlement (Article 160) and money laundering (Article 174).
