No progress in Karabakh negotiations – analyst
There are minimum expectations from the possible upcoming meeting of the Armenian, Azerbaijani and French Presidents, in late October in Paris, political scientist Alexander Markarov told reporters on Monday.
According to the expert, it is a fact that there is no progress in the negotiations on the Nagorno-Karabakh settlement and the main reason is the unconstructive approach of Azerbaijan.
Commenting on the Minsk Summit, Markarov said that there is certain likelihood that Armenia will join the Eurasian Economic Union and all the documents concerning Armenia will take effect from January 1.
