Navasardyan: Domestic problems cannot be considered apart from foreign matters
A domestic political agenda cannot be formed in Armenia without taking into consideration foreign political developments, particularly Armenia’s membership in the Eurasian Economic Union (EEU), head of Yerevan Press Club Boris Navasardyan told reporters on Wednesday.
According to Navasardyan, the non-government parties of Armenia claim that Armenia’s accession to EEU and domestic political processes are unrelated to each other. However, he said, these two processes are interrelated, otherwise the domestic political agenda becomes senseless.
“Domestic problems cannot be considered beyond the Eurasian Economic Union,” he said.
Speaking about the three opposition parties’ rally held in Yerevan on October 10, Navasardyan said that he does not think that all people who attended the rally are supporters of the opposition and some came out of curiosity. The reaction of the public to the three opposition parties’ agenda will become clear during the next opposition rallies, he added.
