Arshavir Gharamyan appointed head of NKR National Security Service
Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree reappointing head of the NKR Presidential Administration, secretary of the National Security Council Marat Musaelyan as head of the Presidential Administration relieving him of the post of the NKR National Security Council secretary.
According to another presidential decree, Viktor Kocharyan was relieved of the post of head of the National Security Service under the NKR Cabinet of Ministers and appointed secretary of the NKR National Security Council.
On the same day, the President signed a decree on appointing Arshavir Gharamyan head of the National Security Service under the NKR Cabinet of Ministers.
