Armenian PM on temporary disability allowance law
The Armenian government will not take any step that will be to the detriment of even if one pregnant woman and you should take note of it, Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan said at a cabinet meeting on Thursday, commenting on the controversial Law on Temporary Disability Allowance approved by the government on September 25.
Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Artem Asatryan told the premier that public debates were held on this issue and good proposals were received.
The Minister noted that all recommendations will be taken into account and the revised bill will be presented next week.
