Even bad negotiations are better than fire – Bekaryan
I have always been in favor of the thesis that the negotiations cannot be effective without the participation of Nagorno-Karabakh, European Integration NGO chairman Karen Bekaryan told reporters on Thursday, commenting on the recent talks on Karabakh conflict held in Paris.
“The Paris meeting was interesting in the aspect that after the meeting, Azerbaijan is attempting to legitimize the presence of snipers and its unwillingness to withdraw the snipers from the Line of Contact,” Bekaryan said.
“The positive aspect is that even bad negotiations are better than fire,” he stressed.
