Armenian PM: Development of national innovation system is among government’s priorities
The Second International Forum of Business Innovations opened in Armenia’s Dilijan with the participation of Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan, the government’s press service reported.
In his opening speech, Mr Abrahamyan said that the development of the national innovation system in Armenia is among the government’s priorities and is always in the focus of attention.
The PM noted that the forum enables the participants to familiarize with the international experience of using information and telecommunication technologies in business and this will boost the efforts towards entering new markets, increasing production volumes and improving the quality of services and products.
Hovik Abrahamyan expressed confidence that thanks to such events, the dialogue and partnership between the government and the private sector create a ground for economic development and improvement of the socio-economic situation in the country.
