Zhoghovurd: Serzh Sargsyan, Gagik Tsarukyan meet
Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan and Prosperous Armenia Party leader Gagik Tsarukyan met last week, Zhoghovurd reports. The focus of the meeting was on the rallies of the three non-government parties, in particular the aim of Prosperous Armenia and the reasons why it takes to the streets. Gagik Tsarukyan reportedly said that he wants the parliament to be dissolved and snap elections to be held in the country. Serzh Sargsyan replied that this is impossible in the near future and may be implemented no sooner than June 2015.
Speaking to Zhoghovurd, Gagik Tsarukyan’s spokeswoman, Iveta Tonoyan, neither confirmed nor refuted the information.
