Government approves ministries merger plan
The Armenian government approved the plan to merge the Ministry of Emergency Situations and Ministry of Territorial Administration as well as to set up Ministry of International Economic Integration and Reforms.
Chief of Government Staff - Minister David Harutyunyan said that as a result of joining the two ministries, Ministry of Territorial Administration and Emergency Situations will be created.
Mr Harutyunyan said that the plan should be considered urgent and should be submitted for the parliament’s approval.
