Preliminary debates of draft budget were notable – Minasyan
The preliminary debates of the country’s draft budget for 2015 were notable as all the questions of MPs were about the program subject matter of the budget, member of Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) parliamentary faction, chairman of the National Assembly’s Standing Committee on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs Gagik Minasyan told reporters on Friday.
“We will have a higher level of state funds and lower possibilities for abuse,” Minasyan said.
“The evidence of this is the experience of the countries which have adopted program budgeting,” he added.
