Haykakan Zhamanak: Samvel Karapetyan wants to buy Armbusinessbank
Citing reliable sources, Haykakan Zhamanak writes that Russian-based businessman, Tashir Group owner Samvel Karapetyan has expressed willingness to buy Armbusinessbank and has already taken steps in this direction, Haykakan Zhamanak writes. Details of the preparations for the deal are not known yet.
“Problems emerged in the bank in 2013 and auditors revealed facts of embezzlement. Several persons were arrested and ex-chairman of the Board of Armbusinessbank Ara Kirakosyan was among them,” the newspaper says.
