Constitutional Court: Treaty on Armenia’s Accession to EEU is constitutional
The Constitutional Court of Armenia (CC) ruled on Friday that the Treaty on Armenia’s Accession to the Eurasian Economic Union (EEU) is in line with the Constitution.
CC President Gagik Harutyunyan announced the court decision.
CC today discussed the constitutionality of Armenia's Eurasian Economic Union Accession Treaty. Armenia signed the Treaty on Accession to the Eurasian Economic Union on the sidelines of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council’s summit in Minsk, Belarus on October 10, 2014.
