Hraparak: Armen Ghularyan wants to return to previous job
Former governor of Tavush province of Armenia Armen Ghularyan, currently Armenian Deputy Minister of Urban Development, is thinking about returning to his previous job, Hraparak writes.
“Rumors in political circles say that he decided to achieve that step by step and he plans to run in the elections in the city of Ijevan, Tavush province in 2015. To get an approval from the Republican Party of Armenia (RPA), he talked to Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan who reportedly refused him. The current Mayor of Ijevan is Prosperous Armenia Party (PAP) member Vardan Ghularyan who also plans to run in the elections. Hovik Abrahamyan does not want to field anyone against PAP and therefore he made Armen Ghularyan understand that he should be content with his current post,” the newspaper says.
