Philippe Suinen: Armenia can promote trade ties between Russia and EU
After joining the Eurasian Economic Union, Armenia can also boost trade ties between Russia and the European Union, Philippe Suinen, Commissioner-General of the second World Forum of the French Language, told reporters on Thursday. His comment came in response to a question about the negative and positive effects of Armenia’s accession to the EEU on the relations between Armenia and the European Union.
He said that sometimes economy influences politics. At the same time, Mr Suinen said that Armenia is an important country for the European Union.
