Zhoghovurd: EEU Accession Treaty sent to Armenian parliament
The Treaty on Armenia’s Accession to the Eurasian Economic Union was sent to the parliament Thursday evening, Zhoghovurd writes. It will be submitted to the parliamentary committees and factions on Friday. According to the newspaper, on Monday, the parliament will hold hearings on the EEU Accession Treaty. The parliament is expected to consider it at the next four-day session on December 1-4. But given the fact that the parliament session is to discuss the 2015 draft budget, there may be no time to consider the EEU Accession Treaty so the parliament may convene a special session to address the matter.
