Revised draft budget 2015 to be submitted to Armenian parliament
The Armenian government on Thursday approved the draft state budget for 2015.
Deputy Finance Minister Pavel Safaryan said at a cabinet meeting that the government had received about 367 proposals from the parliamentary factions of the Republican Party of Armenia, (RPA), Heritage, and ARF Dashnaktsutyun.
As a result of discussions in the government and in the Prime Minister’s office, 45 proposals were found acceptable, clarifications on 210 recommendations were presented, and 112 proposals were rejected as they had to do with large sums.
Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan said that the revised draft budget will be submitted to the Armenian National Assembly for approval.
