Food poisoning at kindergarten in Armenia’s Yeghvard
51 children of a kindergarten in Yeghvard city in Armenia’s Kotayk province were hospitalized on Friday for suspected food poisoning.
The hospitalized kids are showing signs of improvement, the press service of the Armenian Health Ministry says.
Armenia’s Investigation Committee opened a criminal case under Article 279 of the Criminal Code (production or sale of goods, implementation of work or provision of services not in line with safety requirements that causes damage to health of two or more people).
The kindergarten is temporarily closed. Food samples have been taken and food supplies documents have been seized.
