Armenian President attends opening of simulation training center at Yerevan Medical University
Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan on Monday attended the opening of Simulation Training Center of Yerevan State Medical University.
The President toured the center and familiarized himself with its capacities.
Minister of Education and Science Armen Ashotyan, chairman of Armenian National Assembly’s Standing Committee on Health Care, Maternity and Childhood Ara Babloyan, and rector of Yerevan State Medical University Mikayel Narimanyan accompanied the President.
Armen Ashotyan noted that thanks to this center, simulation training will be included in the University’s curriculum.
The new center includes four sections: clinical skills, reanimation, surgery and obstetrics, and gynecology.
