Prosperous Armenia postpones conference
Prosperous Armenia Party has postponed the conference scheduled for Tuesday.
“The conference of the non-government political and public forces was scheduled for today. But yesterday our public was shocked by sad news: doctors failed to save the life of little Seryozha Avetisyan,” the party said in a statement.
“The organizing committee made a decision to postpone the conference. Instead, at 12:00 pm the invitees may attend the candlelight vigil at the Surb Hovhannes Church in Abovyan,” the statement said.
The statement added that the conference will take place in the coming days.

Valery Permyakov, a serviceman of the 102nd Russian military base stationed in Gyumri, the main suspect in the murder, was detained by Russian border guards while attempting to cross the Armenian-Turkish border near Yerazgavors village in Armenia’s Shirak province.
