Haykakan Zhamanak: Investigative operations to be conducted with Permyakov
Citing well-informed sources, Haykakan Zhamanak writes that Armenian and Russian investigative bodies are going to conduct investigative operations with Valery Permyakov, a soldier of the 102nd Russian military base who is accused of the slaughter of a family in Gyumri.
“Permyakov will be taken to the Avetisyan’s house where he will present details of the crime: how he penetrated into the house, how he committed the crime, etc. Law enforcers, however, will keep secrecy about this operation and take special security measures as they fear that Gyumri residents will attack and lynch him,” the newspaper says.
