Haykakan Zhamanak: Temperatures exceed climatic norm by 3-5 degrees
Temperatures in the territory of Armenia exceed the climatic norm by 3-5 degrees, Gagik Surenyan, deputy head of the Meteorological Center of the Hydrometeorology and Monitoring State Service, told Haykakan Zhamanak.
In early December of last year, the Meteorological Center said that the winter will be warmer than normal as well as snowy. The forecasts about the precipitation quantity did not come true, however. According to Surenyan, the reason is that the cyclones bypass the territory of our country from the west and pass through the territory of Turkey.
