Zhoghovurd: If war resumes, we must celebrate our next victory in Baku, Artsakh official says
We never rule out the resumption of hostilities and we should always be ready, at any moment, spokesman for Nagorno-Karabakh President David Babayan told Zhoghovurd, recalling the expression “if you want peace, prepare for war.”
Meanwhile, the spokesman said that hostilities are unlikely to resume, adding that the resumption of the war is not beneficial to the international community and the world powers. In his words, Azerbaijan will continue the ceasefire violations and if the war resumes, we must celebrate our next victory in Baku.
