Haykakan Zhamanak: Former Education Minister to be appointed Ambassador to Germany
The decision of appointing former Minister of Education and Science, former Deputy Foreign Minister, ARFD member Levon Mkrtchyan as Armenia’s Ambassador to Germany has already been taken, Haykakan Zhamanak writes citing sources.
The newspaper reported earlier that it is rumored in the corridors of power that once again a representative of ARF-Dashnaktsutyun will be appointed Armenian Ambassador to Germany and in all likelihood it will be ARFD Bureau member Levon Mkrtchyan. According to the same sources, the Foreign Ministry is going to send the agrément on Levon Mkrtchyan’s appointment to Germany.
