Azerbaijan makes subversive attempt in Tavush
Azerbaijan violated the ceasefire regime in different sections of the Armenian-Azerbaijani state border last night, using firearms, including large-caliber weapons. The Armenian frontline divisions responded to targeted fire, the press service of the Armenian Defense Ministry reported.
On January 29, at around 00:30, the enemy attempted a subversive attack in Tavush region. In Voskepar-Kirants section, the Azerbaijani subversive group opened fire at a Daewoo civil vehicle. There were three people in the car. They remained unharmed.
The Azerbaijani subversive group was thrown back.
The Armenian armed forces confidently control the situation along the border.
