Gagik Tsarukyan-initiated conference kicks off
One of our priority tasks is to eliminate indifference to the country’s fate in society, chairman of Prosperous Armenia Party Gagik Tsarukyan said at the conference with the participation of non-government political forces.
Tsarukyan thanked those present for “not being indifferent to the country’s and people’s problems” and noted that large-scale rallies will be organized in Yerevan and in the Armenian regions in the near future.
In his words, this “movement, which is becoming stronger day by day,” will make the authorities “realize their share of responsibility and renounce irresponsible and narrow interests and plans.”
“This tactics will continue until a new power, elected by the people, is formed as a result of elections,” said the politician.
“An effective system of government is needed for an effective solution of the country’s socio-economic problems and to achieve this, an effective electoral system should be created,” he added.
