Armenian labor migrants need no permit to work in EEU countries – migration official
Beginning from January 2, 2015, Armenian migrant workers do not need a permit for working in the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union (EEU) – Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan, head of the Migration Service of Armenia Gagik Yeganyan told a news conference on Friday.
Armenian migrants just need to sign a labor contract with their employer in order to be considered legal workers in the EEU countries until their contract expires, Yeganyan said. He added that the migrants and their family members have the right to leave the country and return at any time and for any term during that period.
