Snowstorm in some parts of Armenia
Snowfall was reported in almost all regions of Armenia as of 9:30 am on Monday.
Ice crust is observed on the motorways in Sisian and Goris, as well as in Vardenyats mountain pass, according to the press service of the Armenian Ministry of Transport and Communication.
The highways in Aragats region and Vardenyats mountain pass have become barely passable due to the heavy snowfall, snowstorm and poor visibility.
Snowstorm is reported in Saravan mountain pass, Jermuk region and Kuchak-Vanadzor motorway.
All interstate and republican motorways are trafficable.
