MFA spokesman: Azerbaijani President refused to commit to 3 principles proposed by OSCE MG Co-Chairs
Tigran Balayan, a spokesman for the Armenian Foreign Ministry, has commented on Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev’s speech at the Munich Conference.
“The Azerbaijani President at the Munich Security Conference presented his own distorted interpretation of the self-determination principle,” the spokesman wrote on Twitter.
Mr Balayan said in another tweet: “The Azerbaijani President at the Munich Security Conference refused to commit to the principle of non-use of force & threat of force for the NK peace resolution.”
The MFA spokesman also tweeted: “The Azerbaijani President at the Munich Security Conference refused to commit to 3 principles of the NK peace resolution proposed by the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs.”
