Armenian parliament speaker to pay four-day visit to Iran
Speaker of Armenia Parliament Galust Sahakyan is to pay a visit to Tehran by late February.
Sahakyan, heading a parliamentary delegation, will pay a 4-day visit to Tehran, Iranian Majlis speaker Advisor for International Affairs Hossein Sheikholeslam told IRNA news agency.
Sheikholeslam said the Armenian speaker will meet with high-ranking officials in Iran and discuss various issues especially development of bilateral relations.
Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif, who paid a visit to Yerevan on January 28, extended Majlis Speaker Ali Larijani's invitation to Sahakyan.
